Advance Payment (Bank Transfer)
If you choose advance payment by bank transfer, we will email you our bank details once your order is confirmed. The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days, and please include your order number in the payment reference. For SEPA payments, the transfer typically reaches us within one business day; for standard bank transfers, within two business days. Once we receive your payment, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible – usually within 24 hours. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and cancel the order, the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.

You can use Apple Pay to pay for orders on your iPhone. Select Apple Pay as your payment method at the checkout. You’ll be directed to Apple Pay on your iPhone once you have placed your order. Confirm your payment details and complete your purchase. Your items will be sent once we have received your payment. If you wish to return your item(s), your payment will be refunded via Apple Pay using the details you provided.

You can pay using your credit card. We accept European Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Your order will be sent once we have received your payment. If you wish to return an item or cancel your order, you will be refunded via the credit card used to complete the order.
